Authorization to process personal data
By filling out the mailing list subscription form, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 – “Personal Data Protection Code,” yes:

gives consent to the collection and processing of the data acquired through this form, including through inclusion in databases and processing by means of a computerized procedure, for purposes related exclusively to statistical and institutional tasks of the Municipality of San Quirico d’Orcia;

declares that he/she is aware that the aforementioned data will not be subject to dissemination or communication outside the cases mentioned above and from the cases provided for by law and in the manner permitted in this regard;

declares that he/she is aware of his/her right to exercise, with regard to the existence and processing of data, the right of access to personal data and other rights, as set forth in Art. 7 et seq. of Leg. 196/2003, in the manner contemplated by the relevant provisions.
The person responsible for the data processed is the Municipality of San Quirico d’Orcia.
Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
(a) of the origin of personal data;
(b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
(c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
(d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative under Article 5(2);
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
(a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data;
(b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
(c) certification that the transactions referred to in subparagraphs. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
(a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communication.
Disclosure for institutional e-mail communications
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003), interested parties are informed that the processing of data provided through the web portal in order to take advantage of the services offeredor in any case acquired for this purpose, is carried out by the Municipality of San Quirico d’Orcia, as Data Controller, and is aimed solely at the performance of activities related to the management of institutional communications, which include the sending of messages via e-mail to the e-mail addresses provided during registration/subscription to the portal.
Personal data will therefore also be processed using automated procedures in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes while ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data.
Personal data provided during registration/subscription to the portal are used by the communication services by e-mail or messaging. The provision of data is mandatory and refusal precludes the possibility of using the services. The aforementioned data may also be used to send institutional communications not strictly related to the service related to the portal registration but compatible with the institutional purposes. Data subjects are still reserved the right to request cancellation from e-mail communication services at any time.
Processing will be carried out by the individuals in charge of the relevant procedure. The collected data are not subject to disclosure to third parties, except that the data may be knowable by individuals involved in the management procedure of the activities appropriately identified and possibly designated as Data Processors.
Data subjects are granted the rights set forth in Art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, in particular, the right to access the personal data concerning them, to ask for them to be corrected, updated and deleted, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons by turning to the Municipality of San Quirico d’Orcia as the Data Controller.
